I placed a drive thru order that included Coca Cola sodas, but the drinks were extremely watery and had no flavor at all. It seemed like the machine had not been cleaned. I informed the staff, and they asked me to choose a different drink. I chose Sprite, but it had the exact same issue. One employee tried the drinks herself, and her reaction immediately confirmed the problem. Let me be honest, I don't really eat outside food myself, but I do make sure that when it comes to customer service, we treat each other with love and compassion. The lady who took my order must have been sleeping while she was clocking in, as it seemed like she was the only person with the red shirt who was actually doing anything! Thank you kindly
If I could have given a 0 I would have. For the past several times I have been getting burnt food. People are paying money for their food and getting burnt food. This is UNACCEPTABLE! The manager needs to observe his staff better. This will be the last time. There is another KFC on Boston Rd. This is very upsetting!
