Absolutely unacceptable service. I placed a pickup order at this Domino’s and ended up waiting approximately one hour to receive it. What’s most frustrating is that there was little to no communication about the delay, and no effort made to keep customers informed. If customers are expected to wait an hour for a pickup order, they should at least be given an honest estimate instead of being left standing around wondering what’s going on. I really liked the stuffed cheesy with the marinara sauce, and the cheese pizza that came with it. We can even get to see the employees skillfully handle our orders. However, the order did not come with the Deluxe pizza flavor my friends and I requested. Nonetheless, the 2 Liter soda was refreshing, and the cheese pizza still tasted good. Worse store to ever order from. They are rude and discriminatory to the people in their neighborhood. I placed an order through the app, they had me waiting for 2 hours just for them to say they dont deliver to the bronx… your store is in the bronx, how do you not deliver in your own city. Drivers name was Mohamed. Absolutely horrible service. Shut this place down.
