Chip City has always been one of my fav cookie places. I’m so happy they now have a Brooklyn location. The best cookie I’ve had from them was a s’mores cookie mixup. The day I went, they mistakenly baked the s’mores with milk chocolate instead of semi sweet. While that wasn’t their normal recipe, it sure left a lasting memory for me!
Thick cookies aren’t my favorite but chip city is always a place I can stop in. The flavors are creative and the prices are somewhat reasonable for the cookie size that you get. I got double chocolate, banana cream pie, and confetti.
I’ve ordered cookies from this location twice and every time the chewies aren’t “chewy.” They are overcooked, hard/crispy, and flat. In comparison to the Williamsburg location that had the best quality for the same type of cookie - gooey, warm, and slightly dense. Please stop overcooking the smaller cookies!! Staff is pleasant though.
