The worst experience I have with my food 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ No chicken al pastor,no pico de gallo,sour cream frozen,no cheese ,no lettuce 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️and the dining area was nasty. The manager have to learn more about KM. I spend all my points and $21 for another order, Pregnant craving chipotle and this is what I get 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ The worst part is the team seem like they don't care neither.
One of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve ever been to. The food and service were both terrible. I had an issue with my meal because the protein quality was really bad, the portions were poorly served, and everything tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. I politely asked for a replacement plate, but one of the staff members was rude and said I had already eaten the food, when most of it was still untouched. Definitely not worth your time or money
Food always dried out. Counter tops filthy. Not to mention the Lack of customer service, Manager’s are careless. Dining Area is ALWAYS dirty. I was told go elsewhere. Clearly, Employees are unprofessional, but most all lack customer service. Every time I do come this specific location, staff are cleaning the grills 3 hours early, so that explains the old dried food. Please, Go anywhere if you can, if you want quality the food as well as service.
