1. They got my order wrong. I ordered a grill cheese on a croissant. They gave it to me on sourdough. 2. They fixed my order, but I forgot to check it before leaving the store. The picture says it all. 3. There was a giant cockroach trying to leave the store. Some male patrons helped it out the door. And the staff did nothing!
I enjoyed ordering from Dunkin’ with two of my favorite donuts, Bavarian Crème and Old Fashioned. A wide variety of your favorite donuts also populate the shelves of this popular eatery. The customer service was friendly, kind, and accommodating to my needs, as they helped me clarify my order to my satisfaction.
Morning shifts are terrible…. They rude and don’t even understand you when your placing your order, then be mad cause they didn’t do it right… been coming for almost a month and I’ve seen only one worker that’s actually nice the rest just miserable
