Nice place, just next to the courthouse in the Bronx. They are extremely busy in the lurch hours but they extra staff so the line goes quick.
This is the hardest working team I've seen yet! They handled that huge crowd with grace. Getting all those orders out with a smile. I give them their flowers! It was more 100+ orders at 8:30am and they were moving. It was a little wait ..... but when I see how much they had to deal with and how they were dealing with it, I was fine. I got my chai latte and my banana nut, delicious. Both drink and loaf were hot. It was clean even though it was very busy.
Paid almost $15 for a Venti iced brown sugar, shaken espresso, and they have the audacity to serve me a cup 75% filled with ice. When I called to speak with a manager about the issue, he was extremely rude, condescending, and kept interrupting me. I’m never ordering from here again, and he should be fired. He kept trying to gaslight me that this is how Starbucks serves its customers… I order from Starbucks every day and I go to school in downtown Manhattan, where they do not scam their customers
