DO NOT EAT HERE! I have ordered from this Chipotle several times. And I have gave this Chipotle multiple chances. The first time I ordered there was a hair in my food, the second time I ordered there was also a hair in my food, the third time I found a metal-like stringy material and the fourth time aka the final straw was finding a live bug in my bowl.
It’s 7:30p on a Tuesday and this place is trashed. Been sitting here for 30 minutes and no one has come out to check on the dining area. The workers are just standing around talking. No pride. ***Months later, now January 2026, and they’re the only business on the block that didn’t bother to shovel their sidewalk after the huge snowstorm. Truly the worst run Chipotle I’ve ever been to.
I don’t understand the bad reviews. I always come here and their customer service is always amazing. They know me by now and know my order by memory. The cashier Ashlee is always very sweet and nice. I understand there’s peak hours so if the place is trashed, it’s the customers. Never the workers. I always see the cashier clean the dining. Amazing workers and service in my experience.
