I had a very disappointing experience at this newer Chipotle location in Bayside on Bell Blvd. When I walked in, there were only a couple of tables occupied, yet almost every other table was dirty. On top of that, the area by the soda dispenser had liquid all over the floor and looked like a complete hazard. Today, December 17, 2025, at 10:45 AM, I came right when the store opened and nothing was ready no vegetables, no toppings, nothing. Staff mentioned their shift starts at 6:00 AM, yet food was still being prepared after opening. Management needs to take notice. Opening time should mean the restaurant is ready to serve customers, not still prepping. This reflects poor planning and lack of management oversight. Very disappointing experience.
Skimping on portion sizes and missing ingredients. There was probably 5 pieces of chicken in my bowl. The amounts of food they give for 2 orders is equal to 1 order from other locations. Trashcan overfilled with no one cleaning it. Orders are a mess and very liquidy causing the bag to rip. My order was simple. How did you leave out a full ingredient?
