Absolutely filthy location. Used gloves strewn all over the place, overflowing garbage. Worker was using a rag to clean counter by food and watched as water and old food was pushed to guac container and then scooped into someone's bowel. When customer mentioned it, they rolled eyes. The floor is sticky and there's a weird smell in there like rotten garbage. I decided to leave and go to the 8th avenue location instead. This place is food borne illness waiting to happen.
I never review things, so that’s how you know it was bad. The team was so unprofessional it was actually shocking. I waited 30 minutes for my preorder to be completed which was bad enough, but when I finally received my order, it was incorrect. They had downgraded the size of my guac to a small side, though I had paid for the large and they expected me to not notice. Its a Chitpotle but one I probably will not go back to. Its very dirty and they are low or out of a few ingredients even with a short line. Most tables are covered in trash or food scraps and you kind of dont want to sit down and eat there. Staff a rather friendly but seem new and/or understaffed. Id reccomend going elsewhere
