I love Chipotle. I felt nervous going to this location because of the reviews. I usually go to the Chipotle on 85th street . I pass by this location often bcuz I go to the gym nearby. I finally went to this location a few days ago on a Friday, in person. It was clean, organized, the employees were pleasant. Not one of them were rude or dismissive. I ordered a bowl to go, The portions were good. No complaints, I'll return.
Employees at this store are rude and act annoyed that customers are even ordering. If you don’t like your job, then leave. When I came to pick up my food, the cashier was standing there doing nothing and told me I had to wait for someone else who was just staring at a screen. I had to ask, “How would she even know I’m here?” before he finally went to get her. It should be common sense to let the employee know a customer is waiting, or better yet, just help me yourself and avoid the unnecessary d
Staff was extremely rude, and based on other reviews, that seems to be a recurring issue. The dining area was also filthy, which makes me question the cleanliness standards behind the scenes. With so many Chipotle locations in the area, I’d rather spend my money where customers are treated with appreciation and respect. It’s disappointing that management appears unwilling to address these issues, so I’ll be taking my money elsewhere. No thank you. I’ll pass.
