I’m very disappointed with my experience today. After waiting an hour for my pickup order, I was given someone else’s meal. The bag was sealed, so I didn’t realize the mistake until I reached my destination — and to make things worse, I’m allergic to beans, which were in the order I was given. The service was extremely slow, and no one seemed willing to help. It’s always a chaotic experience trying to get food there at lunchtime, but today was unacceptable.
Maybe I was lucky but the restaurant was very clean, no mess on the floor and tables were nice and clean. The dining experience is so much better when its clean. Good job
It’s busy during the week but nice staff and they definitely don’t skimp on the burrito bowls. I always order the chicken bowl with two side tortillas. In total it costs $12 and It usually lasts me two filling lunches.
