Gold standard of efficiency and service, not just for a chipotle but for any fast casual spot. I have been ordering from here 2-3 times a week for almost three years now, the people here are second to none. Especially the people doing the online orders. Out of over 200 orders, less than 5 have had issues, and it was always resolved same day, either in person or on the app.
I am in shock of how terrible this Chipotle is. My friend found a bone in their chicken and they gave me such little meat in my taco. The worker was also extremely rude. I am appalled.
Been here twice the staff was great and so was my bowl. However the Chips are stale and the first bag was mostly crumps the second bag had 15 chips with NO salt. Gotta step up the Chip Game please
