I arrived at approximately 10:40 AM and found the doors open. An employee informed me that the business would officially open in five minutes, so I was happy to wait. At 10:47 AM, she took my order, only to immediately inform me that the items were not actually ready and that I would need to wait another 5 to 10 minutes. There was no apology for the delay or for the lack of preparation despite the doors being open. Furthermore, other staff members were singing loudly in the background, creating
I’ve been eating at Chipotle for years and have never been this disappointed. Usually, they cut the quesadilla and serve it with some sides if it’s a bigger plate, but this time the way they served it was just not it. On top of that, all the servers had so much attitude. Be careful when you go.
DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH. The Staff (a woman served us) was rude. I asked for sour cream and there was barely one spoon left in the tray and i (kindly) asked if i could get another spoon and she said there was none but then she took out a new batch for the next person ???? she even reacted pissed that i asked for extra lettuce. THE BRANCH NEAR PORT AUTHORITY IS WAY BETTER AND HAS FRIENDLIER STAFF.
