Had to wait in line for 10 min JUST for a fork. The kitchen was disgusting and gross with food scattered everywhere. Food ever on the tables without being clean. Garbage can was a disaster with food everywhere. Workers leaving for 10 min and then coming back leaving a line of people waiting for their food. Messes and spills everywhere, definitely would NOT recommend. This chipotle even reminds me of the filthy streets in manhattan. Super shady place…
Food was nice. The service lady had no patience for me - this was my first time in Chipotle and I had a feeling she was rushing in order to get to the next customer. I had no idea how to eat the dish or take the drink after I paid, they just gave it to me and moved on. They did not have Wi-Fi as well.
Ever since they replaced the previous staff about three or four weeks ago, I haven’t wanted to go back. It honestly feels like they don’t have enough budget to buy ingredients. I used to go there every other day, and I knew the old staff very well—they were always kind and the portions matched the price. Since they left, the service I’ve received has been terrible.
