Today I visited this Chipotle. I was very excited to try the famous Chipotle burrito for the first time, but unfortunately my expectations were not met and my experience was not positive at all. The cashier was very rude to me and to my friends. She answered in a dismissive way and even rolled her eyes when we asked for an extra sauce, which we were willing to pay for. I also asked the cashier if free refills were available, and she told me they were not, which forced me to pay quite a lot for a
Big chipotle fan here. This one is by my office and I eat here frequently. Quality and taste is consistently the best of any Chipotle I go to in the city and they don’t skimp on the portions. This location tastes like the classic Chipotle we know and love!
I got chips and guac for a snack. Got back to the office and the guac is brown and discolored. Quite disappointed.
