It’s chipotle you gotta order here. I went to Chipotle Mexican Grill for lunch after school a couple days ago and it was honestly pretty solid like always, but also kind of what you expect at this point. I went around 1:30 so it was still a bit busy, but the line moved faster than I thought it would. Chips and guacamole , chips were stale and had hair in them. Guacamole was brown and not fresh. Manager would not refund abs said to do it by taking to pepper on the app which did nothing but take a review when asked for refund. Rest of the food was OK but cold
Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at this place. I went there to pick up my food, and they have a window for outside pickup. I was waiting there while one of the staff members was inside. She looked at me, while I was waiving my phone to show my online order. She completely ignored me as if she couldn’t see me. Then, she started laughing with her coworker. It was incredibly disrespectful. I understand that people can be tired and unhappy with their jobs, but come on, if that’s your job,
