Hi, I just bought a burrito with carnitas and guacamole a few minutes ago. The white rice that was added was completely undercooked. It was still hard and not cooked at all. I wanted to let you know because I couldn’t really eat it.
Stopped in to get lunch for take out during noon time. It was a smaller size store with few sitting tables and highchairs were available. The stored appeared to be well maintained. The line wasn’t too long as it was moving pretty fast. I got the smoked brisket bowl. They packed the bowl with lots of ingredients. Got a huge quantity of Guacamole too. Overall the bowl was excellent, all items were fresh and tasty. I was little disappointed not to see the salad dressing.
Never going back to this location again. I’m not one to go out of my way to write bad reviews but this place was terrible. I purchased a bowl and finished my food. I then went to ask if they had a bathroom. This girl that had a septum piercing had an unfriendly demeanor which is okay I don’t expect anyone jumping for joy on a Tuesday evening to talk to a customer at a chipotle.
