I was honestly disappointed with my first experience at Chipotle. I paid around $18 for my meal, but the portion I received felt very small compared to what I’ve seen in other reviews and photos from other customers. What made the experience worse was the attitude of the cashier. When I ordered my drink, the cashier came across as dismissive and disrespectful, which made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. For the price I paid, I expected not only a fair portion but also basic customer service
I asked for extra food and they told me that they can't give extra, when I told that chipotle CEO said it they abused me and him saying all this is fake. Then one employee made me wait for 30 minutes before the manager came and said the same stuff and very disrespectfully shooed me away
I tested yet another Chipotle location. While the space itself is quiet and visually fine, the overall experience was very poor. I stood alone at the counter for about three minutes, yet no one felt responsible to take my order or even acknowledge me. The language barrier with the staff was extremely large.
