I go to this Chipotle just because it is the closest one. The whole experience is horrible. The employees rush you through the line and are always with a rude attitude. The cashier is completely unorganized and create confusion among the customer. The food is served sloppy and with 0 love. I truly do not recommend this location. Customer care is below 0. Managers should take action.
While the food was good and potion size as well, the ordering experience seems like a slew of words fired at you and barely few seconds to either hear what you are saying or to look at the add ons. Almost seems like they r racing to get the order done in some record time. Know what you want even before approaching them. The staff started shouting requests at me as soon as I opened the door which was hilarious to me.
This location has typically been good for ordering in the line. However, when ordering pickup the first time it was late 5min (fair enough as this was a day with a promo) and the second time I tried visiting 10min after the pickup time in case it's late, and the store couldn't find the order. They later figured someone else took the order and remade it but I ended up with my food 20min after my order pickup time. Therefore, ordering in the line may offer a more consistent experience
