The salsa and meat at this location were extremely salty. I regularly order from other branches and haven’t experienced this problem before. Quality control may need some attention here.
I’ve never given a poor review on Google (you can check) but this store needs serious help. Online orders are never ready when they should be - even if you give them an extra 20 minute buffer, they don’t start making your food until you’ve begged them multiple times. Always out of stock of key ingredients, and pretty rude customer service. It’s not fair to the people ordering or especially the delivery drivers who have to beg the store to talk to them and make orders that should’ve been ready a
Waited 20 min for an online pick up order that I then canceled while at the store because the people ahead of me who had waited longer didn’t even get their food. Their response to politely asking when the order would be ready was, “I don’t know. We are out of stock.” This store is a mess and desperately needs a new GM. All of the tables were dirty and had food all over them. The photo speaks for itself. Please do better guys. It’s not that hard.
