They are out of veggies 90% of the time & when I ask if they’re making more, they always say no. This happens at all times of day. Majority of employees range from indifferent to straight up rude. On one occasion, an employee was friendly & it was a shock. This is consistently the worst Chipotle, so it’s unfortunate that this is the nearest one to me.
I honestly don't even know what's going on here. I just had the crunchiest rice of my life and a veggie bowl with the smallest amount of veggies in it. I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt but the last maybe 5 times I've been here either they're out of stock of something, give the bare minimum amount of ingredients or don't cook the items right. The customer service is hit or miss, there's some staff that is nice and helpful, other can be very rude and say rude things. I can't/won't
Just ate at this spot late last night because almost everything else was closed, and wow I should have read all the negative reviews. First off, the service was terrible, the lady who was serving me my bowl had major attitude problem, and had me waited for 10 minutes as she was just standing there scrolling her phone before taking my orders.
