Casual restaurant offering Mexican fare, including design-your-own burritos, tacos & bowls.
From Google Maps reviews.
Came in for a bowl and was told they were out of regular bowls. Instead, they were serving food in much smaller square containers that were clearly about half the size, but still charging full price. We were told more bowls were coming, but the wait was 20–30 minutes despite the store being nearly empty. What made this more frustrating was seeing that regular-size bowls were still being used for online/takeout orders, while in-store customers were expected to wait or accept less food. If bowls
The staff (server and cashier) were very courteous and nice to me. They were very busy (most of the items on the bar were empty, so they had to refill). There was another preparer behind doing online orders. Food is great! She packed it very well for me (I get the vegetable - no meat). It was $11.45 with queso of $1.80 totalling $13.15 (including tax).
Poor service. There was no food available in the containers at the food counter. It appeared that the manager was not present. The staff remained engaged in conversation and showed little concern for providing proper customer service. The service was handled solely by young employees, and to make matters worse, I was served the last portion, almost scraping the food container. Overall, the service was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this establishment.”
