I’ve been going to Chop and Go for a while now and it’s honestly one of the best salad spots in NYC. The ingredients are always fresh, the place is clean, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The way they finely chop the salads somehow makes everything taste better together. Only downside is the Midtown weekday lunch rush — it gets packed fast.

I picked up the BBQ Crunch from Chop & Go - Midtown through MealPal and wow, it was flavorful and crispy perfection. The zesty BBQ ranch with crispy onions and creamy avocado made every bite savory and super satisfying. Definitely a go-to meal!
