Had a really great customer service experience with Chopt Creative Salad Co. that honestly stood out. I accidentally placed my order at the wrong (out-of-town) location—completely my mistake. What made this experience exceptional is that each Chopt location is individually operated, so they’re not required to fix issues from other stores. I regularly get lunch from this Chopt location and the staff is great. They are helpful, accommodating, and efficient. They manage the lunch rush very well, especially with the app orders! Highly recommend ordering through the app during busy times - it’s an absolute life saver for anyone who is squeezing lunch in between meetings! I love their consistency and convenience. With so many options in the area, there’s a reason I keep coming back here.
Extremely poor service and total lack of respect for delivery orders. I waited over 40 minutes for a pickup while the staff explicitly told me that they only care about walk-in customers and that online orders are not their priority. To make matters worse, the staff member at the counter was incredibly aggressive and rude when I asked for a status update.
