First time trying their wrap instead of a salad. The spicy sonoma caesar wrap was solid. I ordered for pick up directly on their website and it was ready to be picked up when I got there (which took less than 10 minutes). The store was busy and there’s a couple of kiosks available to order in person (no place to sit or eat though). My favorite place to go if I am craving for salad. My favorite one was chicken santorini with Mexican goddess but recently they took out of the menu which made me really sad. But nonetheless they have many other choices to choose from. My other favorite is Spicy Hatch Chile Caesar Salad. The line gets pretty long if you go during lunch time. The server and the cashier are always nice and smiling.
One of my favorite go to salad places for lunch. I had accidentally sent my order to the wrong location, but the chopt folks were kind enough to create the salad at the location where I wanted to go so that I don’t have to reorder. Customer service was good about that, so I appreciate it
