I had a great experience with Zion, the manager at chopt . He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions and provided me with a lot of useful information. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made my visit even better. Thank you, Zion, for such a great experience! Store was clean, organized, and very calm. Love it!
Super fast and friendly service. I visited this location on a Saturday afternoon. The atmosphere wasn’t busy, but there was a steady trickle of customers. The main area has lots of room for customers perusing the menu and ordering. I appreciate that the main menu offers photos of each salad and wrap. Chopt is my favorite place to get my salads! The store is always clean and the food is always fresh! Specifically this location. Super affordable, and they really pack the bowls. I always recieve amazing customer service whenever I come. And today was no exception. Patient, friendly and they give great suggestions. Never had an issue, likely never will. I forgot the name of the girl who helped me today but she and her coworker were great!
