Keylis was just amazing! She is professional, people friendly, caring and went the extra mile to help me on the kiosk, since I am a senior and did not know how to navigate it. And her manager Hazel is wonderful too. She manages and runs a great store and makes it a pleasure to come here. She takes pride in the store she manages. They made my experience here so positive, I will definitely come again.
I came to Chopt thinking I was making an unhealthy decision and somehow still spent 15 minutes debating toppings like it was the NFL draft. 😭 The salad was actually amazing though — super fresh, generous portions, and the dressing deserves its own fan club. Staff was fast, friendly 😎 10/10 would happily pay to eat lettuce that tastes this good again.
I love Chopt!! This is my go-to lunch option on days when I'm in the office. The salads are reasonably priced, the portions are great, and the app makes ordering and pickup so convenient. They are always on time and the process is smooth.
