Great spot for authentic hand-pulled noodles! I highly recommend the Lanzhou beef noodle soup and the oil-splashed noodles. I recently tried Chopin Noodle House inside the 99 Ranch food court in Flushing, and it’s become one of those spots I’d happily go back to again and again. They specialize in hand-pulled Lanzhou noodles made fresh to order, and you can really taste the difference.
