We visited this play area yesterday and the experience was disappointing. The first thing we saw at the entrance was an open food section. Salads were left out in the open, right where people walk in wearing their outdoor clothes. It did not look clean or safe, and it felt very uncomfortable. What shocked me most was a cake box on display that was clearly spoiled. It had mold on it and should have been thrown out long ago. It was right in front of everyone, including kids. I rated it a 10 – Excellent because Maria was absolutely amazing at Chuck E. Cheese! She was attentive, organized, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. She kept the kids engaged, handled everything with such a positive attitude, and made my son feel so special on his big day. The party at Chuck E. Cheese was stress-free for us as parents, and that meant everything. We truly appreciate her outstanding service and energy!
