This is a great new spot on the island for the kids - so many cool sections and activities to keep kids of all ages entertained - I think it offers more than Urban Air and Altitude trampoline parks. I deducted a star because the staff at the front desk wasn't very friendly or welcoming but if I could have deducted a half star, I would have. Also, found a big hole in one inflatable by the slide, staff didn't notice it even though they were standing next to me. They repaired it quickly. Kids had a
Only reason I’m giving it a 3 is because my son enjoyed his birthday. I just had a birthday party booked it on line the package I chose said one price when it was time for payment the price didn’t match the package price I chose on line , when I asked about the air conditioning because our room was so hot and honestly a safety hazard with so much germs in the air all I got was a shrugs of the shoulder and no the room was not packed because parents were with their children out in the play area in
