Dreadful day at the DMV turned into a better one... stopped in at the bagel store next door and Wow!!! This place is so much better under new management. The bagels are fresh, perfectly toasted on the outside and soft inside, and you can really taste the difference. Staff was friendly and actually seemed happy to be there, which made the whole experience better. Service was quick even when it was busy. Definitely glad I gave it another try—this is my new go-to bagel spot.
Bagels here are hands down the best on the island! I got a chicken cutlet sandwich for lunch and it was massive—I couldn’t even finish it in one sitting and ended up saving the other half for dinner. The place was very clean, and everyone working there was super friendly. Great portions, really good prices, and everything tasted amazing. 10/10!
I don’t write many reviews, but I had to take a moment to give this bagel store the praise it deserves. I’m extremely picky when it comes to bagels, so I was pleasantly surprised not only by the quality of the food but also by the exceptional customer service. This place is truly a hidden gem on Staten Island. I always appreciate supporting small businesses, especially when they go above and beyond, and this felt like one of those moments.
