Walking past, I spotted the happy hour sign. Thursday from 4-6pm, the setting was low light, quiet and intimate with cosy seating. The Italian waiters were super energetic yet perfectly balanced, leaving us alone when we needed it. We started with a wine and spritz. The spritz was perfect, coming from an ex-bartender. As a tipical Italian arrived late to my dinner. (10.06 pm). Staff was super kindly( hard to find at 10.06pm) and, the ambient made me feel like i was in one of those “trattoria” from back home, Italy of course.The tagliatelle alla carbonara, what a choice.. probably one of the best in the city. And i really loved getting my glass of wine before the tap water.. i place to come!
By far, the best Italian place in the city. The pastas are insane!!!! especially the vegetarian lasagna and the Cacio e Pepe with black truffle. The fish with the potato gratin on top of it is also phenomenal. You can’t go wrong with the gnudi as well.
