We had a great stay here, largely thanks to Mark at the front desk! He always greeted us with a smile and made an extra effort to make us feel welcome. Room was nice and clean with white sheets and more pillows provided upon request. Air conditioner worked well, and we didn’t hear any noise between rooms. Lobby provided small shop of snacks/drinks f
On arrival checkin was good. Noted only two elevators for 22 floors and only one working. Small rooms as expected in NYC. The room is good and spacious. It was cleaned every day, but on one occasion they forgot to leave the bathroom mats. The reception area is small and does not accommodate the number of guests for breakfast. Only one elevator was working, so every trip to and from the room took 15 to 25 minutes. I would not return.
