this is my go to coco location and i’ve never had an issue here ever and never thought i’d give a one star to. they recently added kiosks, but kept the register open with a cashier there, so I assumed the cashier would take my order (keep in mind, there’s a cashier plus two other people working in the back, so there’s 3 people on the shift). the guy on register, who I overheard be called something rhyming with the word bank, seemed slightly busy prepping cups with tapioca bubbles so I waited a b
They’re literally paying attention more to taking pictures on Instagram. They’re their customers and they took my order wrong instead they gave me a slush without bubble bubbles. They should if you’re gonna do a job with a good cause I’m paying.
