This building is wonderful, the location is terrific, amenities are great, views are incredible and all staff is consistently kind and helpful! Nellie in the leasing office is amazing; she helped me immediately when the shared printer was not behaving, ensuring I didn't miss any deadlines. She truly went above and beyond! The doormen are always so inviting and kind, I feel safe and enjoy living here!
Such a wonderful management team and building staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, helpful and responsive to requests. They put a lot of effort into building community, in ways that I haven't seen before from a management company. The doormen and maintenance staff somehow already know our names and apartment number despite us having lived here for a relatively short amount of time. Very happy with our apartment and experience at Anagram! Helen and Shacha have been so helpful throughout the application and move-in process. Raul, Reinaldo and Keiber at the front desk are awesome. Our apartment was in great condition for move-in, and the community amenities are genuinely usable and well-maintained. Our one service request was resolved within an hour. Highly recommend!
