Will never buy coldstone again. Went in for the Lucky Charms ice cream but first wanted to try a sample. One of the team members, I didnt catch her name but she was a young Asian/Pacific Islander girl gave me the smallest sample possible and had an off-putting attitude throughout the entire transaction. Cold demeanor, no smile and bad customer service. The Lucky Charms flavor didn't taste as good as it was in the past, just glorified vanilla ice cream. I'll never patronize this location again as
I usually order from GH, while prices are a bit steep, it’s the deliciousness that keeps me coming back! My Oreo Overload ice cream tub comes mixed to perfection, and always tastes incredible. Shout out to the employees for going above and beyond! Thank you!
Do not .... i repeat do not buy a cake from cold stone. I spent $44 on a cake for 8 people. For my son 18 birthday. I walk in there thinking I was gonna get a cake for 8 adults. I need to remind u $44 for a cake with plain ice cream in it no extras, not even sprinkles in the ice cream and red velvet. An I walked out with this... they will never get a dime from me again. This cake is for 8 toddlers..
