I will never set foot in here again. I was very excited that a cold stone opened here in Bayside!! They have excellent ice cream and cakes!!! Then I go in to get this delicious decadent cake for my mother’s 85th birthday. The premade cakes all look amazing. I’ve gotten premade ice cream cakes many times at carvel and Baskin Robbin’s and they’ve always been excellent and fresh. So anyway I took a large midnight delight from the display and ask them to write on it. I will let my pictures and
Bilal was the attendant who helped me at Cold Stone in bay terrace and he was amazing. He recommended the Fudge Truffle and it did NOT disappoint — super rich and perfectly balanced. He made me a custom birthday remix and Mud Pie Mojo absolutely nailed it. The portions, the mix-ins, everything was on point. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely made the whole experience better. Great customer service and great ice cream — I’ll definitely be back!
I visited the cold stone and the service was amazing. Linda was there to help me she was so kind. It was worth every bite .
