Overall: 3.6/5 We stayed at Distrikt Hotel, which has a mandatory $29 credit per night to spend at Collage Bistro and Bar. We were there for 6 nights, so I got to try quite a bit of the menu. Service was hit or miss depending on who you got. One thing to watch out for is that they sometimes put out old menus, and the prices won’t match your receipt. You have the option to take your food to go or dine in. They also have a complimentary coffee station and a microwave you can use. The New Yorker
The drinks were great also when you have a credit for pretty much 3-4 drinks. The downside is that on my visit to the bar the bartender was working the registers, making drinks and cleaning the table. So, the wait to get food and drinks was pretty long.
My visit to Collage Bistro and Bar was really enjoyable, the food was flavorful, the atmosphere felt lively yet comfortable, and the staff were polite and attentive, making the overall experience feel natural and satisfying.
