We had an amazing time at Comal. The food was delicious and we appreciate the extensive wine list. We loved the restaurant’s design and aesthetics. Also, our server was helpful and attentive. Some suggestions - -even with a reservation, towards the end of our dinner we were told that we had 10 minutes to wrap up. It didn’t bother us too much as we were already ordering dessert but it would be nice if the restaurant can work out their timing rather than placing that burden on the customers. - i
Came for the interior design and stayed for an incredible meal! For a group of 3, enjoyed three starters and 2 entrees all of which were great and had fresh, vibrant protein and vegetables. The artichoke tostada was incredible and surprisingly filling. I usually don’t order branzino in the city since you can get one almost anywhere but this was a memorable take - they bring it out with tortillas and lots of fixings to make your own fish tacos and it was brilliant.
