Tomo will NOT steer you wrong. If you have a scotch, or whiskey lover, please take them to see Tomo at Copper & Oak! Overwhelmingly beautiful and also very organized, my husband loved being able to try a variety of different whiskey. Tomo asked some very specific questions on why he liked a bourbon and then suggested trying x, y or z. Really knowledgeable and very kind. Will absolutely be returning!
This place is something special. One of the best experiences I’ve had in New York. There are so many amazing choices, and the bartender is incredibly professional, attentive, and passionate about what he does. The atmosphere, service, and attention to detail made the whole experience outstanding.
This is such a superb bar. The bartender John was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, steered me in the right direction based on some comments about bourbons I liked. It’s a quiet bar, spirits only, no ice - while it may not be everyone’s taste, it’s an incredible way to dive into some special spirits and learn about the people that make them and their history.
