7 curry craving satisfied. Ordered delivery was pleasantly surprised food was delicious. Food quality on Liberty has declined of late. Usually tasteless, greasy, stale just plain cooked with no love while the prices go up. This food tasted like your aunty cooked it and she sent it home with you.
The lady there is so sweet and generous. When I came in, she was happy to explain the difference between the curries, stews and other dishes they serve since I’m new to Guyanese cuisine. Whenever I get my lunch, she packs my plate with a variety because I have a hard time choosing which one since they’re all so good! Def recommend this spot 🙏✨
Order through Uber eats : doubles , curry chicken roti and pepper pot. Didn’t really like the choice of chicken for the curry . As for the doubles they were delicious. The pepper pot was way to cinnamonny and sweet. Was not a fan of the taste at all. The Mac and cheese was also very gross . Had this weird taste to after eating it for a while.
