I went there this Saturday but only had take out. I did not dine in. The oxtail mac n cheese was AMAZING. My son had Rasta Pasta with Jerk Shrimp and he loved it. I can't wait to go back and try the oxtail quesadillas! The service was great as the young lady that took our order was very polite and patient with us.
This place is great!!! The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. I ordered the oxtail quesadilla ( they come with French fries). Now this platter was very interesting. It wasn't smothered with cheese it was evenly portioned, the oxtail was good and tasty 😋. Now the fores was the show stopper... they put this sauce on it called the bang, bang sauce!!!!! Best Mac and cheese ever! We got an order of Mac n cheese, yams, and collard greens. The oxtail had great flavor, but was a bit tough, I like my oxtail falling off the bone! The collards were cooked well, but didn't have the seasoning like that from a southern restaurant. they were just ok. Same story with the yams - and they were in big chunks. Cooked but didn't have much additional seasoning or cinnamony sweet goodness you expect from southern cuisine. the Mac was the star of the show and
