We are a family from Vienna and currently on vacation in New York. Our kids saw Dave’s Hot Chicken on TikTok and wanted to try it. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. Our kids enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and helpful. One team member explained the menu and spice levels clearly, which helped us choose. Great spot for families. We recommend it if you are visiting New York.
Absolutely loved the food here! The coating was perfectly crisp while the meat stayed soft and juicy inside. The portion size felt generous and satisfying. I tried the medium spice and found it quite mild, so next time I might go hotter. The seasoning had a bold kick that kept every bite interesting, and the fries were just as tasty with great flavor. Seating is a bit tight, so take-out might be the better option, but the food easily makes up for it. Totally worth it!
Dave’s Hot Chicken is a great place if you love spicy food. The Reaper hot burger is insanely hot but full of flavour and cooked perfectly. The chicken is juicy, crispy, and fresh every time. Portions are good and the taste really stands out. Not for the faint-hearted, but a must-try for anyone who enjoys serious heat and bold flavours.
