I ordered a chicken soup. This is not what I expected and it didn’t say the veggies that will come in it. I never in my life seen green and red bell peppers in a chicken soup(big cuts) also the chicken didn’t have pieces of chicken. It had shredded pieces of chicken. Unacceptable, I tried other Mexican chicken soups and it’s been so much better. I had to put it in a container to go and toss it out. I wasn’t eating this.
If you’re looking for real Mexican food and not the usual Tex-Mex, La Delicias Mexicanas is the spot. From the moment you walk in, you know it’s the real deal! Food is okay, nothing out of the ordinary for a Mexican restaurant, but what make me rate the 2 stars, is the service… not sure what is the girls waitress issue… but they are just not nice at all… gave them 2 chances and won’t give them a 3rd one. There’s plenty of Mexican food options around Harlem , and this place is just not it, wouldn’t recommend! Save your money and time.
