Victoria and her catering team are incredible. I reached out for food for 1000 people for a FIFA World Cup watch party at our corporate office in New York. I stopped by this little Spanish tapas bar in Soho, and it was such a lovely surprise. The atmosphere is simple and warm, with a friendly, almost family-style vibe. The service was very cordial, and even though the place isn’t trying to be fancy, it feels authentic in the best way. The food brought me straight back to my childhood. I tried the tortilla, a toast with calamari, another one with ham and cheese, and some croquettes — everything was delicious and comforting, just like my grandmother’
I did the DeNoche dinner last night with 3 other people and we had a blast picking the tinned fish we wanted and enjoying the way they plated our selections with perfectly toasted bread and creamy butter. We got some pinxtos and the Caesar salad to round it all out and washed it down with crisp Albariño. Thanks to Paula for being a fabulous host!
