Love this place in theory, that you get access to healthy food. But the customer service is deplorable and they take no accountability for their mistakes. Once I did not receive a fish patty that I paid for. I informed them, and they said come back when the manager is here. I did. They said show me the receipt. However, the light skin guy with freckles on his face(Skinny build ) has terrible customer service skills , very nonchalant when speaking , doesn’t verbally say yes or no just slowly nods his head , did not greet nor turned his way towards me to acknowledge me while I was talking to him when I first walked in until he walked to the back to check something . The best health food place, those power smoothie and veggie patties are the best I've ever had. The staff are Xtra friendly. That raw purple sea moss outstanding.
