First time eating here. I had heard good things. You choose your protein, base and a couple of sides. Bf and I were sharing a bowl and got a side of extra protein. We got the kale base, hot honey chicken, sweet potatoes and mac and cheese. Everything was really good. I appreciate that the food is in real cookware. There are good vegetarian and vegan options.
On Thursday, February 19, we had one of the worst customer service experiences at this location — and I want to emphasize that this is the second time this has happened to us here. We arrived around 9:25–9:30 PM to buy food. When we walked in, the chairs were already flipped upside down on the tables. We asked if we could still order food. I had been doing more salad spots -- Just, Sweetgreens, Chopt -- so it had been several years since I'd been to Dig. The last time I got food from Dig (not this particular location), it was good and flavorful. The past few visits for lunch over the last couple of months, I have not disappointed.
