With so many food options in Midtown, it’s refreshing to go somewhere that stands out for friendly people, delicious food, and prices that are a bargain for the area. I def recall Dig Inn was a great spot back in 2014. I went today. Unfortunately the salmon was of a pale color almost beige and it was super rubbery and dense. I didn’t see that till got back to my office. My coworker ordered same and we both threw it out after two bites. That was really disappointing. Also, the mac n cheese didn’t taste of anything and the farro was very salty. The sweet potatoes were nice though. I just hope they can learn and improve. It’s not cheap so felt compelled to share
