I was in the mood for some spicy Chinese food. Since Dim Sum Bloom is really close I decided to drop in. There are two kiosks by the entrance that customers can use to place their order. The digital menu is very user friendly. Enter your mobile # and begin selecting your order. In case you don’t know what a menu item looks like, not to worry, the kiosk has photos. Such a cute little spot. Clean and nicely decorated on the inside. Prices were reasonable, wish they offered more items without pork but the shrimp dumplings and chicken buns were delicious. The scallion pancakes were also delicious.
Great concept but went early on a Sunday morning hoping for a great dim sum experience and the flavor just fell flat. We had some bites and then left for a more traditional spot down the road that was much better. I could see this place working in a bind but wouldn't be a go-to spot. Beautiful kitchen and seating area but service was brusque, delivery to table took a long time, and just didn't feel super welcoming.
