Absolutely loved this salmon dish at Doc Wine Bar! The fish was cooked perfectly — tender inside with a nice sear on top. It came on a bed of colorful sautéed veggies that added a fresh crunch and a pop of flavor. The roasted lemon on the side gave it that extra citrusy kick, and the sauce tied everything together beautifully. Pair it with one of their crisp cocktails (like an Aperol spritz) and you’ve got a meal that’s both light and satisfying. Perfect spot for a relaxed evening out!
I stopped in for Pasta....it was very delicious! I met Josh- Bartender Extraordinaire!!! His creative Mixology Talents are beyond compare. He created an Affogato Espresso MARTINI AMAZING 👏 and then proceeded to CONJURE UP a creation he entitled The Water Lilly....It was a brilliant beautiful Cocktail of Creme de Violette, Lemon ,Gin then Stirred & Sprinkled with dried rose petals and an abundance of magical addictive joys . DOC Wine Bar in New York is a delightful find! The inviting atmosphere and extensive wine selection create a perfect setting for any outing. My experience was enhanced by Jordan, the bartender, whose expertise shone through his excellent recommendations. I tried the DOC Royale, and it was simply refreshing. The Freggola was a highlight as well—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. With great food and exceptional service from Jordan, DOC Wine Bar is definitely worth a visit!
